One-Touch Bottle Change
These label applicators are compatible with multiple bottle types and can store container dimensions and specifications in advance. Operators only need to enter the parameters on the touch screen, and the machine will automatically switch bottle types, reducing setup time.

TOM Group's labeling machines also use high-precision photoelectric sensors to locate labels. Combined with a stepper-motor-driven paper feed mechanism, the machines ensure that each label is cut neatly, with a deviation controlled within ±1mm.

These machines use an automatic rewinding system to prevent labels from jamming or deforming. They are also equipped with a flexible labeling system that applies labels smoothly onto the bottle surface through adjustable pressure rollers, ensuring bubble-free application.
