100-Strong Technical Team
Tom Group has seasoned engineers with over 45 years of experience in packaging machinery R&D, complemented by dozens of young and mid-aged engineers who have honed their skills at the company for 10 to 27 years. We also identify promising young talents within the company and enroll them in our 10-year training program at the Tom Technology Center. Additionally, we prioritize recruiting undergraduates and postgraduates from prestigious 985/211 universities in China. Moreover, senior professionals who have received national science and technology awards are invited to join our Tom Technology Center, further strengthening our R&D capabilities.
100-Person Pre-Sales Service Team
Tom Group has three provincial-level engineering and technology centers, providing one-stop planning solutions for customers, such as new factory layout, new workshop design, and old factory renovation. It also provides three-dimensional planning diagrams for factories and workshops and virtually delivers the entire case through three-dimensional animation.
100-Member After-Sales Support Team
Jiangsu Tom Group has an after-sales service team with more than 100 people. They have an excellent technical service level and are always on call, providing customers with customer-friendly after-sales service.
